Stavanger Norway

Stavanger is another cool town built on a hillside. You have the Old Stavanger, the white houses in front and the newer apt and office buildings behind.

We had lots of time to roam around and looked up the Kingdom Hall but it was two bus rides or 45 min walk. We were too scared to get lost so we stayed near the port.

I love the cobblestone streets. They really tell the age of the city. The cathedral was built in 1125 but of course everything else burnt down and even the houses in old Stavanger are from the early 1800's.
The Cathedral
I like the design on this building.
They even have Fro'Yo here and apparently it's an experience.

Mailing home some postcards.
