We started at 8am for a 3 hour drive to Paris from Le Harve port. We drove around in the tour bus seeing sites until 1:00 then had two hours dropped off near Notre Dame Cathedral to eat and shop.

Vigeland Sculpture Park WARNING: Nudity Alert
All my pix from the Vigeland Park.
Gustav Vigeland as a young sculpturer asked the City of Oslo to fund his artistic lifes work and after some convincing was given this spacious piece of land to plan and develop into the immense work of art that it turned out to be.
He left the figures nude because he wanted them timeless and to capture the real sense of human development through life. None of the figures are erotic but symbolic of different stages of life.

Stavanger Norway
Stavanger is another cool town built on a hillside. You have the Old Stavanger, the white houses in front and the newer apt and office buildings behind.

Alesund Norway
Adorable buildings and shops in this hillside town. I wasn't excited to go to Norway. I know little about it, but it is so charming! This little city way up north has cobblestone streets, colorful houses, very stylish people and a Viking history.
