Paris! Paris! Paris!

We must come back here! What a wonderful day with just a taste of what Paris is like.

We started at 8am for a 3 hour drive to Paris from Le Harve port. We drove around in the tour bus seeing sites until 1:00 then had two hours dropped off near Notre Dame Cathedral to eat and shop.
We had lunch at an adorable french restaurant with cute french waiters. ;)  I had the quiche, Mom and Kira had a crochette, Kiras with a fried egg, Moms with goat cheese.
It was all so yummy! Especially my glass of Bordeaux and Kiras glass of Riesling, or sugar wine as the waiter called it when she ordered her first ever glass of wine.

Then we shopped in the little shops along the street and of course popped in a Patisserie for macaroons, chocolate croissants and a cafe latte.
(I know, how cliché, but it was our trip.)

We walked back to City Hall and there was a street performer outside, he was in a sitting position and would move his upper body around. The only thing I can figure is that the pants of his outfit are stiff and attached to the base. He was sitting inside them. I think, but he was cool none the less.

The rest of our visit was on a bus. All my pics are through the window of a bus.

This is where Napoleon is buried.

We were on our way back to the ship by four. It went so fast and we didn't get to do too much but it was what we came for and we had the time of our lives!

I love these doorways!
